What we will do:

• Review if your Original Document is acceptable to be presented for Apostille or Certification to the Office of the Tennessee Secretary of State

• Submit in Person Document to the Office of the Tennessee Secretary of State in Nashville

​

• Obtain an Apostille Directly from the Division of Business Services within 2-3 business days

​

• Return the Original Apostille with FedEx Overnight, or International Priority to the provided address

​

• Upon request, we will email you the scanned copy of the ready Apostille

 

 

Apostille the Original Document is for you if:

​

• Your Original Document meets Secretary of State Requirements and can be accepted for an Apostille or Certification

​

• You can request a new Certified copy acceptable by the Secretary of State

​

• The Requesting Party will accept only an Apostille on the Original Document

​

 

Documents submitted for an Apostille or Certificate of Authentication must comply with the following guidelines:

​

• Documents must be issued or certified by the State Registrar or County Clerks.

​

• Notarized documents must be stamped, signed and dated by the notary, accompanied by a notarial act (otherwise known as jurat) and certified by the County Clerk where the notary is registered.

​

• Certified copies of vital records must be issued by the Office of Vital Records that have a raised seal and bear the signature of the State Registrar.

​

• In order to obtain apostille for school records issued by universities or schools in Tennessee you need notarized copies from the school registrar and certified by the County Clerk where the notary is registered.
